The hotel offered a great holiday experience over xmas with a varied buffet including Japanese and international cuisine. The hotel's location, which was close to a shuttle bus stop, made exploring the area around it easy. The rooms were cozy, and the hotel amenities allowed for a relaxed stay.

Although there were families, the hotel's bathtub area could be a bit full, making it difficult to enjoy. Unfortunately, there was no wifi in the rooms, which made it hard to connect to the internet.

The hotel's location amidst the woods is picturesque with lush foliage. the Japanese room is spacious and offers a unique cultural experience. the dinner buffet is great with a diverse range of dishes, especially the seafood. the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the train station, making access easier.

The onsen is not suitable with tattoos.

Fantastic Christmas Getaway Spent a lovely Christmas at this hotel in the midst of a forest. the views of nature were breathtaking, especially in the winter with snowflakes dancing in the air. the staff's warm welcomes and assistance throughout our stay made us feel right at home. the food buffet offered a diverse range of cuisine options, including fresh seafood and locally sourced meats. the onsen experience was outstanding, and the hot springs provided a perfect way to relax and unwind.

Poor Connectivity Although the hotel location offered an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms was disappointing. Wi-Fi was only available in the lobby area, which was inconvenient.

I loved the hotel's view from the baths, which was absolutely breathtaking. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, providing exceptional service. The hotel facilities were top-notch and well-maintained, and cleanliness was exceptional. The breakfast in this hotel was also something to write home about, with many appetizing options available.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with breathtaking views from the baths. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were always willing to help and had an excellent service mind. The room amenities were great, including the heating and air conditioning. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch. The flat-screen TV in the room was an added bonus.
